Role: SAP Solution Expert (R2R/C2R) Aerospace & Defense (A&D) / Discrete Manufacturing Domain

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems (in respective functional/technical area) to meet client business requirements Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective scope (Value Stream) and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio.

• Solid understanding of clean core design principles and modern development methods/tools Proven client-side advisory and SI oversight experience you have collaborated and convinced the customer and SI to adopt standard or obtain outcome in a clean core compliant manner Aerospace & Defense (A&D) / Discrete Manufacturing experience Strong communication and presentation skills, incl proven ability to communicate at leadership/executive level; Demonstrated ability to advise CFO and executive stakeholders: written and verbal authority at C-suite level Excellent MS Office skills (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams/SharePoint) Proven ability to leverage current AI tools and techniques, including J4C and J4D, with practical applications in executing role responsibilities and proposed solutions 10 15+ years SAP CO experience across 4+ full-cycle implementations, including minimum 2 full S/4HANA projects

• Deep expertise in CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger (actual costing), account-based CO-PA, EC-PCA, and Universal Journal Act as the client's independent Management Accounting (Controlling) subject-matter authority the internal voice that defines what 'good' looks like before the SI starts building Review and comment on all SI-produced CO artifacts: blueprints, configuration documents, WRICEF specs, and cutover plans Facilitate Explore workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements Participate and assist in high level planning. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
