Job Details
Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
Experience managing tenant interiors, commercial renovations, or retail construction projects
Experience overseeing projects valued up to approximately $10M
Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage daily field operations
Ability to coordinate project schedules and sequencing of work activities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing jobsite safety and enforcing safety standards
Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and manpower on active job sites
Experience maintaining daily reports, field documentation, and jobsite records
Ability to coordinate closely with Project Managers and project teams
Strong communication and leadership skills in a field environment
High school diploma or equivalent
OSHA safety certification
Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling platforms
Ability to lead subcontractor coordination meetings and jobsite planning sessions
