Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Performance Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cornerstone OnDemand administration, LMS/LXP operations, and ticket-driven support and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, execute accurate course deployments, and maintain data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage ServiceNow tickets, meet with requestors to clarify needs, and execute work in Cornerstone.
- Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules for functionality and cross-platform compatibility.
- Upload, configure, and version digital learning content with accurate metadata and accessibility settings.
- Build and maintain structured learning paths, curricula, journeys, and channels aligned to business needs.
- Create and manage course assignments and assignment groups for compliance and development programs.
- Partner with learning consultants, designers, facilitators, and program managers for timely deployments.
- Provide guidance to end users and stakeholders on LMS/LXP capabilities and best practices.
- Identify process improvements, automation options, and platform enhancements to improve learner experience.
- Maintain procedures, controls, and required documentation, including cases, spreadsheets, and audit support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS administration.
- Experience managing content, curricula, and users, including learning object uploads, metadata, and version control.
- Experience with organizational units and groups, including static and dynamic groups, CSV uploads, exclusions, and criteria edits.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning content standards and uploads.
- End-to-end content and interoperability testing across environments, validating launch behavior, scoring, completion, and transcript updates.
- Proficiency with LMS reporting, including Standard Reports and Reporting 2.0, with strong data literacy.
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, consultation, collaboration, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Data integrity and audit-conscious handling of compliance learning data.
- Experience with LXP platforms such as Cornerstone EdCast, including Smart Cards, Pathways, Learning Journeys, and Channels.
- Familiarity with LXP permissions, governance, and LMS-LXP content synchronization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data validation, and LMS reporting tools.
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite. Typical start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Eight-hour shift with a one-hour lunch.
- No possibility of conversion at this time.
