Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization initiatives within a dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and M&A teams to ensure Oracle NetSuite supports strategic business objectives, including integration of acquired entities, financial consolidation, and process standardization.
This role requires strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to align business requirements with scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle NetSuite ERP projects, from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, and timelines aligned with M&A and finance transformation goals.
- Coordinate across business functions to ensure system solutions meet operational and financial needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, NetSuite implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
- Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications, providing regular status updates to leadership.
Oracle NetSuite Expertise
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of NetSuite modules (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical system specifications.
- Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and data integrity improvements across financial and operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements within the NetSuite environment.
- Support system integrations with CRM, HR, and reporting tools.
M&A Collaboration
- Work with the M&A integration team to align ERP strategies with acquisition or divestiture initiatives.
- Lead efforts to onboard new business units into NetSuite, ensuring seamless transition of financial and operational data.
- Standardize processes and reporting across entities for improved visibility and control.
- Provide post-acquisition system support, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure quality assurance, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Manage change control processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to identify opportunities for process reengineering and system enhancements.
