Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst with Epic Resolute expertise to support billing operations, claims processing, and revenue cycle optimization.

This role is critical in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic Resolute (Professional Billing) along with Claims & Remittance modules, ensuring accurate billing workflows and efficient revenue cycle performance.


Key Responsibilities

Epic Resolute Implementation

  • Lead configuration and implementation of Epic Resolute (Professional Billing)
  • Customize workflows for billing and revenue cycle processes
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and go-live activities

Claims & Remittance Management

  • Manage claims submission, adjudication, and remittance processes
  • Troubleshoot claims errors and perform root cause analysis
  • Configure and test electronic & paper claims (EDI, clearinghouses)

Integration & Interoperability

  • Integrate Epic modules with external systems, payers, and clearinghouses
  • Support interfaces and seamless data exchange

User Support & Training

  • Provide L2/L3 support for billing and claims issues
  • Train end users on Epic workflows

Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize workflows to reduce denials and improve RCM efficiency

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for application support
  • Troubleshoot cross-functional Epic issues
  • Collaborate with business users & Epic teams
  • Support system build, testing, and enhancements
  • Participate in project meetings and status tracking

Required Skills

  • 5+ years as Application/System Analyst (Epic)
  • Strong expertise in Epic Resolute Professional Billing
  • Experience with Claims, Remittance & Revenue Cycle
  • Knowledge of EDI / Clearinghouses
  • Strong understanding of claims data flow
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Required Certification

  • Epic Resolute Certification (Mandatory)

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare domain experience
  • End-to-end revenue cycle exposure
  • Analytics/reporting tools
