End User Migration Technician

Description

We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves hands-on technical support, including hardware installation, device configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with various hardware technologies, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware and associated peripherals to ensure seamless operation.
Perform cable installations with precision while adhering to established safety standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
Assist in the migration of end-user systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hardware installations and migrations.
Communicate effectively with end users to address technical concerns and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all technical operations.

Requirements

Proven experience with computer hardware installation and configuration.
Proficiency in working with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
Familiarity with cable installation techniques and safety protocols.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end users.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
