Role Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master for a position that can be 100% remote anywhere in the USA. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader for their team, facilitating agile processes and helping the team achieve its goals by removing impediments and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support agile values and principles throughout the organization.
- Facilitate agile events as needed and coach the processes of work decomposition, dependency management, and backlog management.
- Support the Product Owner to ensure the vision, scope, and product domain are understood by the team.
- Assist the team in defining, reporting, and meeting their goals by removing impediments to progress.
- Facilitate team visualization of progress to achieve product outcomes.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of safety and trust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchanges.
- Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Coordinate interaction with other Agile teams and stakeholders across the enterprise.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
