This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, helping end users and stakeholders understand, configure, and effectively leverage emerging AI technologies.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong Azure and enterprise technology background who is passionate about AI enablement, user support, and technology adoption. While deep AI development expertise is not required, candidates should have hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and implementing AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal users utilizing enterprise AI platforms and tools.

  • Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and end users to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements.
  • Help evaluate and support integrations with enterprise knowledge management and workflow platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide guidance on AI tool utilization.
  • Document processes, best practices, and support procedures.

The organization is currently piloting and evaluating several AI platforms, including:

  • Google Gemini
  • ChatGPT Gov / ChatGPT Enterprise

The long-term strategy is to support a variety of AI tools across the enterprise rather than a single platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI-enabled technologies or generative AI platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, cloud technologies, or related IT roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms and end users.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience configuring and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting enterprise knowledge management solutions.
  • Experience creating, configuring, or supporting AI agents and chatbots.
  • Exposure to AI governance, adoption, or change management initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • ServiceNow Agent capabilities
  • AI chatbot creation and administration
  • Enterprise AI adoption programs
  • Knowledge management systems
  • AI training and stakeholder enablement

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business-facing communication skills, helping the client successfully deploy, support, and scale AI technologies across the organization.
