Position Overview

KayDev Technology is seeking an experienced .NET Developer for a 30-month opportunity with New York State ITS in Albany, NY. The position requires extensive experience developing N-tier web applications using C#/.NET and Angular, Oracle database development, MVC, CI/CD, financial applications, and applications containing HIPAA-protected healthcare data.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• At least 84 months of experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET and Angular for N-tier web deployment.

• At least 84 months of experience developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets.

• At least 84 months of experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, table creation, and related database objects.

• At least 84 months of experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and implementing the required business logic within application code.

• At least 48 months of experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later.

• At least 24 months of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.

• At least 12 months of experience working with financial applications.

• At least 36 months of experience coding and maintaining applications containing healthcare data protected under HIPAA as Protected Health Information (PHI).
