Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect / Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, cloud architecture, automation, security, networking, and DevOps practices. This role will support cloud modernization initiatives and ensure a secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Configure and manage Azure networking components.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Automate cloud deployments and operational processes.
• Manage Azure security, governance, compliance, and identity solutions.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance, availability, and costs.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Create architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience.
• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud-native services.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Insurance domains.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Visa Preference

• GC-EAD, -EAD, TN, L2-EAD, and Strong H1B candidates.
