About this PositionThe training curriculum manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of curriculum planning, designing and maintenance of classroom and online materials and coaches annual trainings in collaboration with Curriculum developers, and training designers for the PFSU prelicensing department.
The training Curriculum manager is also responsible for collaborating and strategizing with management, Regional Training Coordinators and coaches in regards to new or revised curriculum, content changes, data analysist and Primerica initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Collaborate with stakeholders & vendors to design classroom lectures, online courses and self study sessions.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of manuals, presentations and exam prep aids for classroom instruction and online courses.
- Work with internal and external departments to create, review and update class manuals and study aids for use in the classroom and online.
- Work with compliance department on any state required filings.
- Collaborate with the communications representative for bulletins or announcement.
- Supervise, collaborate and review ongoing training with the Training Designers.
- Collaborate with management and training designer to create annual goals for the annual training by assessing job performance and skill proficiency through analysis of observations and surveys.
- Work with training designer and curriculum developers to designate life insurance content to include in training.
- Assist Training Designer with logistics of training delivery as needed.
- Provide direction, oversight and management for the training designers, curriculum developers, curriculum support and analyst.
- Maintain the continuity of updates and changes for life insurance pre-licensing materials and training across all states.
- Assign and schedule curriculum work to team based on priorities of state changes and or PFSU Updates and initiatives.
- Adjust timetables for completion of projects as priority indicates and conduct trainings as needed for staff.
- Responsible for interpreting and reporting results of data analysist of coaches and recruits performance.
- Participate in states and exam providers writing workshops to offer input in the creation and maintenance of state exams and state exam content outlines.
- Review Pass rates provided by the states for analysis of student performance.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent.
3 years as a curriculum developer or experienced instructor in secondary education, adult education or professional training experience.
Management experience.
Extensive knowledge of Life Insurance.
Experience in instructional design.
Ability to apply strong working knowledge of modern curriculum strategy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and elearning software.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Experience in program management is a plus.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
