Position Summary: Title: Citrix Cloud Engineer Duration: Long Term Location: Washington, DC 20433 Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.
Required Skills/Responsibilities:
Need 10+ years of IT Experience, with 5+ years in Citrix.
Design, implement, and manage Citrix DaaS / CVAD (latest versions) in cloud and hybrid environments.
Lead Citrix upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS for hosting Citrix workloads (IaaS, networking, storage).
Strong hands-on with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, WEM, Workspace.
Experience with Azure/AWS integration, VDI architecture, and large-scale deployments.
Manage application virtualization, packaging, and delivery for enterprise users.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, PowerShell scripting, Windows Server (2019/2022).
Ensure security compliance, participate in audits, and implement best practices.
Troubleshoot complex Citrix and Windows infrastructure issues.
Experience with monitoring tools (ControlUp, Citrix Director) and automation is plus to have.
Exposure to Zero Trust, endpoint security, Azure AD / Entra ID integration is plus to have.
Certifications:
Citrix Certified Associate/Professional (CCA-V / CCP-V) or higher
