● 3-5+ Years of Direct experience managing or supporting an MDF program, channel marketing funds program, partner incentive program, or similar co-marketing funding model ● Strong program management skills with the ability to drive work from intake through approval, execution, payout, and reporting ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously ● Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships with partner teams, partner marketing, operations, finance, accounting, and field stakeholders ● Experience managing approvals, claims, budgets, and payouts within a policy-driven framework ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners ● Analytical mindset with experience tracking budgets, reconciling spends, and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency ● Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders ● A high bar for quality while balancing the need to move quickly and maintain SLA adherence ● Familiarity with SaaS/technology companies and experience operating in a larger, matrixed organization ● Systems: Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, Asana, G Suite, Slack |
