Summary

Title: Java/Python Engineer_ W2

Location: Plano, TX and Columbus, OH (5 Days onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Java/Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI or AI-driven application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and/or Python.
Build and integrate AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and automation workflows.
Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
Participate in application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
Work with databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
Experience in application architecture, system design, and designing scalable distributed systems.
Good understanding of backend development, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, or AI-driven applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with design patterns, application integration, and scalable solution architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred:

Candidates with hands-on Agentic AI experience will be strongly preferred.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools is a plus.
Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
