Title: Senior Data Scientist - Agentic AI& Generative AI

Location: Atlanta, GA. (5 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, NLP, and Advanced Analytics to develop innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, automation, and business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent AI systems, retrieval-based architectures, and scalable machine learning solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows, Conversational AI systems, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create scalable data science solutions to generate actionable business insights.
• Apply NLP, search, recommendation, optimization, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Present findings, recommendations, and business impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, reusable frameworks, and AI governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL/BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and agent workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and information retrieval systems.
• Experience with NLP, Search, Recommendation Systems, and Advanced Analytics.
• Ability to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Multimodal AI (text, image, and document understanding).
• Experience building stateful AI applications that maintain context across sessions and devices.
• Knowledge of similarity matching, ranking algorithms, and reasoning-based AI systems.
• Background in B2B e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or trade-related domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
