3+ years of experience in corporate systems development/implementation, ideally in healthcare MIS.
Strong skills in application support, development tools, methodologies, planning, and communication.
Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience assisting other analysts and demonstrating leadership growth.
Industry training and exposure to large, complex corporate information systems.
