Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant (O9 & Oracle-Centric) with strong expertise in O9 Solutions, Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Care Team/Workforce Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, configuring, and supporting supply chain planning solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support O9 Solutions for supply chain planning and optimization.
Work with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules to streamline procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment processes.
Support Care Team and Workforce Planning initiatives by optimizing resource allocation and operational planning.
Manage and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes from product introduction through retirement.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable supply chain solutions.
Collaborate with business users, planners, procurement, manufacturing, and IT teams to improve operational efficiency.
Configure and support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production planning.
Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
Develop functional specifications and support integrations between O9, Oracle SCM, and third-party applications.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with O9 Solutions.
Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Knowledge of Care Team / Workforce Planning processes.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
Experience with business process analysis and solution design.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules.
Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and Inventory Optimization.
Experience integrating O9 with Oracle ERP systems.
Familiarity with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution processes.
Experience with SQL or reporting tools for data analysis.
O9 or Oracle SCM certifications are a plus.
