  • Deep Mastery: Comprehensive operational understanding of core infrastructure elements including hardware-based firewalls, content filtering mechanisms, subnetting, and standard wireless protocols ($802.11a/b/g/n/ac$).

  • Cloud Architecture Fluency: Practical execution knowledge within cloud environments, specifically managing Microsoft Azure virtual networks ($VNETs$, $NSGs$, application gateways, user-defined routing, and hub-and-spoke topologies).

  • Hardware & Perimeter Expertise: Direct experience managing enterprise security appliances (such as Fortinet or equivalent hardware) and application delivery controllers (such as NetScaler or associated load-balancing platforms).

  • Protocol Proficiency: Thorough grasp of foundational data transfer and transport mechanisms, including STP, ARP, BGP, SD-WAN, reverse proxies, and DHCP configurations.

  • Resilience & Execution: A proven track record navigating fast-paced, high-pressure situations while successfully juggling multiple priority initiatives simultaneously.

  • Communication Elite: Exceptional verbal and written articulation skills, matched by a dedication to superior client service.

  • Desired Assets: Relevant vendor credentials (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, Juniper JNCIA), ticketing system familiarity, or advanced traffic management expertise.

  • Educational Foundation: An Associate''''s or Bachelor''''s degree in a relevant technical field, or an equivalent combination of intensive, real-world industry experience.
