Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
Build and customize applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows
Develop and maintain integrations using Web APIs, REST services, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
Design and manage Dataverse data models, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability
Participate in both low-code (Power Platform) and custom development efforts across CRM solutions
Support and enhance existing applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
Contribute to requirements gathering, technical design, and documentation of solutions and integrations
Implement and support DevOps/CI-CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including source control and automated deployments
Follow company standards for software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Collaborate in Agile environments, provide status updates, and mentor junior developers on best practices and technologies
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development with hands-on experience in Sales or Customer Service modules.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4 years of related work experience, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 2 years of related work experience.
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse development
Proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, Web API development, and JavaScript customizations
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, T-SQL) and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and system integrations using APIs and REST services
Working knowledge of integration patterns, external system connectivity, and enterprise application architecture
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git/Azure DevOps), and automated deployments
Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, role-based access control, and data governance
