Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Sales Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP CRM Sales solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales processes, customer engagement, sales automation, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and provide SAP CRM Sales solutions.
Configure and customize SAP CRM Sales modules including:

Opportunity Management
Activity Management
Lead Management
Sales Order Processing

Work on middleware configuration and integration between SAP CRM and ECC/S4HANA.
Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams during development.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Support end-to-end project implementation including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as SD, MM, FI, and ABAP teams.
Create business process documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and support activities.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP CRM Sales configuration and support.
Good understanding of CRM Web UI.
Experience in SAP CRM Middleware and integration concepts.
Knowledge of sales business processes and customer lifecycle management.
Experience with SAP CRM One Order Framework.
Understanding of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration.
Exposure to ABAP debugging and functional specifications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
SAP CRM certification is an added advantage.
Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
