We are seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Manager to lead and support enterprise-level technology initiatives. The role involves managing system transformation projects, aligning business and technical strategies, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of information system transformation projects.
· Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives and enterprise implementations.
· Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams to define business and technical requirements.
· Manage large-scale, complex enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development teams and external vendors.
· Establish and maintain project governance, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Mentor internal team members on project management practices and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Experience managing IT projects and delivering technology solutions successfully.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc.).
· Experience applying project governance and best practices.
· PMP certification or equivalent practical experience.
· Ability to define and align business and technical requirements.
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience working on large-scale system modernization initiatives.
· Domain knowledge in government or social service systems.
