  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents impacting engineering users
  • Support environment management, including refreshes, deployments, and basic automation of repeatable tasks
  • Assist with implementation of new features, modules, and system enhancements
  • Provide day-to-day support to engineering users, including issue resolution, training, and documentation
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business systems teams to support integrations with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems
  • Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system capabilities

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience administering or supporting PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred; other PLM platforms acceptable)
  • Working knowledge of PLM concepts, including product structures, workflows, and lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux server environments
  • Familiarity with system administration fundamentals (patching, monitoring, backups, troubleshooting)
  • Basic understanding of database-backed applications and multi-tier architectures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter (installation, configuration, or support)
  • Experience with CAD integrations (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, CATIA)
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
  • Exposure to cloud or virtualization platforms (Azure, VMware, or similar)
  • Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with system integrations across PLM, ERP, or MES platforms
