PLM Solution Architect

NOTE : We are currently accepting local candidates on a W2 basis only. Eligible work authorization: U.S. Citizen (USC) or (GC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Design and define enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) architecture aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
Lead PLM solution design workshops and architecture review sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Drive enterprise PLM transformation initiatives, including solution planning, implementation, and modernization.
Define and implement scalable PLM solution architectures and integration strategies across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into PLM solutions.
Design and optimize product data management, BOM management, and engineering change management processes.
Lead integration of PLM solutions with CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.
Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote PLM best practices, governance, and standardization across the organization.

MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
Deep understanding of enterprise PLM processes and digital engineering concepts.
Experience designing scalable PLM solution architectures.
Strong knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and BOM Management.
Experience with CAD integration and engineering data management.
Expertise in workflow design and engineering change management processes.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration strategies and system interoperability.
Knowledge of PLM best practices, governance, and data lifecycle management.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Experience leading enterprise PLM transformation and digital engineering initiatives.
Strong customer-facing consulting and solution advisory experience.
Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Experience integrating PLM solutions with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture artifacts.
Experience working in global delivery and multi-vendor environments is preferred.
Siemens Teamcenter or relevant PLM certifications are preferred.
Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
