Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to join a dynamic team and drive the growth of our Credit Cards business. You will partner closely with marketing managers and leadership to design, analyze, and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including data analysis, model creation, and performance monitoring.

  • Manage end-to-end Direct Mail (DM) campaigns, including pre-screened (PS) and invitation-to-apply (ITA).

  • Design and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments to inform growth decisions.

  • Build data pipelines using Airflow (Snowflake preferred).

  • Define KPIs and develop self-service dashboards (Tableau).

  • Deep-dive into funnels and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science/analytics.

  • Strong programming in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau.

  • Proven experience with Direct Mail campaign execution and credit card strategies.

  • Experience with consumer bureau data (Experian/TU) highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field (Master's preferred).
