Positon#1: HR / HCM FOCUS

Position#2: Supply Chain (SCM)/ Procurement Focus

Description

We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt with strong HCM/HR process and Supply Chain (SCM)/Procurement experience to support an enterprise initiative focused on documenting and standardizing current-state HR workflows. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to capture processes that are currently informal or inconsistently documented. This role is focused on process documentation and organizational change, not system configuration or technical delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with HR and Payroll stakeholders.. Supply Chain/Procurement.
  • Experience in HR, Finance, and/or Supply Chain environments
  • Document end-to-end SCM, HCM workflows, including handoffs with Finance
  • Capture as-is processes using provided PMO templates and standards
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Partner closely with the Lead Black Belt to ensure consistency across documentation
  • Support future-state improvement discussions as needed

Top Skills Details

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience documenting HR, Payroll, or HCM workflows
  • Experience in HR, Finance, and/or Supply Chain environments
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate organizational change
  • Onsite availability in Nashville at least 2-3 days per week

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in shared services or enterprise HR environments
  • Cross-functional exposure between HR and Finance
  • Prior consulting or internal process improvement roles
  • Experience in HR, Finance, and/or Supply Chain environments
  • Prior experience leading teams of process consultants or Black Belts
  • Large enterprise or shared services experience
