Automation Engineer/RPA Developer
Role Overview
An opportunity exists to join a new Automation Services team within a leading credit union. We are seeking experienced Automation Engineers/RPA Developers to help drive this initiative. This role offers the chance to design, build, and scale automation solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, including RPA and intelligent automation.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Build scalable workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support automation platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- For senior-level candidates: lead solution design, mentor engineers, and contribute to shaping strategy.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-8+ years of experience in a relevant role. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Technical Skills: Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is required, with a preference for UiPath. This includes strong hands-on automation development experience and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with APIs, integrations, and end-to-end automation workflows is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation.
- Experience with AI/Document Understanding.
