What You'll Do- Design, build, and enhance scalable full-stack applications that support critical workplace and retirement services
- Modernize legacy systems to improve performance, resilience, security, and compliance
- Develop and integrate APIs and foundational services that enable faster, safer partnerships and platform evolution
- Improve platform stability and reliability through thoughtful design, testing, and performance tuning
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and team workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to influence technical direction and outcomes
- Contribute to a culture of mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

What you haveRequired Qualifications- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development practices
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for building scalable backend services
- Strong capability with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver responsive, accessible user experiences
- Experience building single-page applications using modern client-side frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript
- Ability to design, create, and consume RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including integrating backend services with data stores
- Experience applying unit testing practices and patterns to improve code quality and reliability
- Understanding of secure application design, including authentication and authorization concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience modernizing legacy applications while maintaining stability and performance
- Familiarity with performance evaluation, tuning, and observability in distributed systems
- Experience with web accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum-based development environments
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
