Title: Senior Mechanical Project Engineer
Overview
Lead the design and delivery of complex industrial systems. This role blends hands-on engineering, project ownership, and team coordination across design, procurement, and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own system design from concept through installation
- Create efficient solutions based on performance and space requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, controls, and field teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
- Lead design reviews and support installation efforts
- Mentor junior engineers and improve processes
Requirements
- Engineering background (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with complex system design in industrial environments
- Familiarity with CAD/design tools
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and occasional travel
MUST HAVE – material handling conveyor experience
Remote – East coast preferred, open to central
20% travel
Compensation: $90-135k+
