Senior Data Engineer – ERP Data Harmonization (Sage & Baan)
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with ERP expertise to support enterprise data harmonization across Sage ERP platforms and Baan / Infor LN systems. This role focuses on transforming complex ERP data and business processes into standardized enterprise datasets that enable cross-system reporting, analytics, and ERP modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from Sage (X3, Intacct, Sage 300) and Baan / Infor LN
Design SQL and Python-based data transformation pipelines
Harmonize financial structures (Chart of Accounts, fiscal calendars, financial postings)
Standardize customer, vendor, and product master data
Align inventory, warehouse, and organizational structures across ERP systems
Normalize enterprise transaction data across finance, procurement, and order management

Required Experience

5–8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Integration
Strong SQL and Python for data pipeline development
Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Baan, Infor LN, or similar)
Experience working with ERP transformation, migration, or multi-ERP environments
Solid understanding of financial and supply chain data models

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise data harmonization or master data management
Experience supporting ERP modernization or enterprise data platform initiatives
