Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The candidate must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring proven expertise in developing secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS.
  • Create custom, reusable React component libraries and develop Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Build and consume REST APIs using technologies such as JAX-RS, Swagger, and YAML.
  • Write and maintain Junit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Work with databases, preferably SQL Server, and utilize SQL for data manipulation.
  • Collaborate within an Agile environment, participating in Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
  • Utilize CI/CD and automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible Tower for deployment processes.
  • Contribute to system automation, analysis, and the design of reusable solutions.
Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT development experience is required. This includes at least 6 years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring, and 4 years of UI/UX development.

Technical Skills:
  • Core Java and Spring framework.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS.
  • Front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Database experience with an RDBMS (SQL Server preferred) and SQL.
  • Experience with REST APIs (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML) and web services.
  • Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
  • Experience with build tools like Maven or Ant.
  • Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Ansible Tower.
  • Proficiency with IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or WebStorm.
  • Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
