- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, product marketing, product management, or a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of RF and microwave semiconductor technologies
- Experience with GaN, MMIC, power amplifiers, or related RF products
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, reliability, and qualification processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing activities and technical sales initiatives
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience launching and commercializing new technology products
