RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Solution Program Manager in Bedford, MA.

Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Operations Technologies in Costa Rica, with work expected to extend through 2027. The position requires strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project execution. The role is on-site in Acton three days per week and drives progress by proactively engaging stakeholders, including in-person coordination as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale MES and operations technology programs from initiation through completion
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Finance to align budgets, track POs, and manage cash flow
* Build and maintain integrated project plans, dashboards, RACI, schedules, and RAIDE registers
* Maintain project communication tools including SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheet
* Coordinate and lead workshops with Accenture, the selected system integrator
* Lead core team and steering committee meetings; provide regular status reporting
* Identify program risks, assess mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
* Support Agile teams, ARTs, and PI Planning activities; assess impact of changes on overall timelines
* Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and corporate standards
* Travel domestically and internationally as business needs require

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience; Project management certification preferred
* At least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role
* Proven experience delivering MES (Manufacturing Execution System) initiatives
* Strong program and project management expertise across complex, cross-functional environments
* SDLC and Infrastructure Program Management experience
* Experience leading development, testing, and launch of hardware, software, and cloud systems
* Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic programs against concreate deadlines
* Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
* Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to challenge, advise, and collaborate with senior leaders
* Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving execution independently

Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:
* Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)
* CRM Environments (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
* ERP system (SAP)
* Integration (MuleSoft)
* PLM & QMS applications (Arena)
* PPM tools (Clarity)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
