Description
Primary Responsibilities- senior level PM experience in an Oracle environment where you have ideally run projects that impact the Oracle E-business Suite, such as finance, HR supply chain and more. - Lead the finance modernization and ERP transformation program end-to-end. - Run and oversee the full RFP process for selecting the Systems Integrator (SI). - Provide high-level solution architecture guidance for Oracle. - Drive transformational change across finance, supply chain, and capital processes. - Challenge vendor proposals, cost estimates, technical solutions, and SI approaches. - Establish process consistency and modern ways of working. - Engage senior leadership and influence decision-making. - Collaborate with EY on data strategy and competitive positioning. 3. Scope of Systems & Functions In Scope: - Financial systems - Supply chain - Capital lifecycle management - Field service Required Skills & Experience - Strong ERP transformation leadership (Oracle preferred). - Experience leading full lifecycle finance transformations. - Ability to challenge vendors and validate SI proposals. - Strong program management and change leadership. - High-level solution architecture capability. - Ability to drive process standardization and upskill teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
