SDET Engineer 2

Location: Seattle, WA - FULLY ONSITE

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced SDET to join our engineering team. You will design and maintain automation frameworks, build reliable test suites, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright for React applications
Write clean, efficient automated tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with developers to identify risks and improve product quality
Create and execute test plans (functional, regression, integration, performance)
Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
Develop tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency
Analyze test results and report quality metrics
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience in test automation/software development
Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
Solid understanding of testing methodologies & API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Docker, Kubernetes
Strong analytical and communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
