Role - HR Systems Project Manager
Location - Remote (EST Time Zone Only)

Rate - $120K–$130K
JD:
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to support a complex HR technology ecosystem. This role sits between HR, Operations, and IT, handling system enhancements, incidents, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume intake of HR system issues, defects, and enhancements
• Analyze ambiguous requirements and convert them into clear functional documentation (User Stories/BRDs)
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to gather and refine requirements
• Lead HR system initiatives end-to-end (discovery → implementation)
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and backlog prioritization
• Support HR initiatives like onboarding, recruiting systems, workflows, and credentialing
• Coordinate integrations across HR systems, middleware, and digital platforms
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in HRIS / HR Systems / Project Management
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS tools
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE / Oracle / Workday)
• Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce (Case Management)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow / Jira
• Exposure to HR transformation or migration projects
