Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Cincinnati NT, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing identity and access governance, optimizing Microsoft 365 services, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach to implementing security measures, improving processes, and supporting multi-cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies within Entra ID to ensure secure access management.
Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies to enhance organizational security.
Oversee Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for optimal performance.
Manage Azure tenant configurations and security posture to align with best practices.
Administer Intune endpoint compliance and configuration for Windows and macOS devices.
Establish and maintain provisioning processes for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding employees.
Conduct regular access reviews and document identity architecture and standards.
Implement and operate Microsoft Defender tools to mitigate potential security threats.
Integrate and govern SaaS platforms within Entra ID while ensuring compliance with security controls.
Oversee secure configurations of network equipment and improve documentation of network architecture.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
Hands-on expertise in managing Azure and Entra ID, including Conditional Access implementation.
Proven experience designing and enforcing identity and access management (IAM) models.
Proficiency in Intune endpoint management for both Windows and macOS devices.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automating tasks and improving operational efficiency.
Familiarity with integrating SaaS applications using identity and access governance tools.
Experience with improving documentation and processes in under-documented environments.
Knowledge of security best practices and tools such as Microsoft Defender and secure network configurations.
