We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Licensed Survey Office Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, utilizing cutting-edge technology and software. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our site development projects, contributing significantly to our company's growth and success. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Licensed Survey Office Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Conducting comprehensive land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software.
2. Utilizing Bentley OpenRoads Designer for designing, simulating, and analyzing project outcomes.
3. Preparing and maintaining accurate records, maps, and reports of survey data.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure that project specifications and safety regulations are met.
5. Assisting in the development and execution of site development plans.
6. Providing technical support and guidance to field survey teams.
7. Managing and prioritizing multiple projects concurrently while ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Continually updating knowledge and skills in line with industry developments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Licensed Survey Office Technician position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A valid license in Land Surveying.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Land Surveying and Site Development.
3. Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads Designer or similar software.
4. Strong knowledge of modern survey methods and survey devices.
5. Excellent understanding of site development processes and principles.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
9. A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
10. A degree in surveying, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
