Summary

Manager AI Engineering ( LOCAL OR CLOSEBY AREAS TO DENVER,CO) Role Overview
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on real-world business applications

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML models from ideation to production deployment

  • Define and execute the technical vision for AI engineering initiatives across the organization

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

  • Architect and deploy production-grade AI/ML models and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

  • Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business stakeholders) to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions

  • Establish best practices for model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments

  • Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and support career development

  • Drive adoption of modern AI/ML frameworks, tools, and MLOps practices

  • Ensure governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met for AI solutions

  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • From an overall experience Atleast 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science

  • 8+ years of experience in people management and team leadership

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, agent-based systems)

  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML models into production environments (not limited to research work)

  • Strong expertise in ML frameworks, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing engineering teams

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Exposure to GenAI applications and enterprise-scale AI solutions

  • Background in leading AI strategy and roadmap planning
