Job Title: IAM Integration Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Onsite)
Experience: 4 7+ Years
Employment Type: Contract (W2/C2C)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IAM Integration Engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong Java development skills, and experience integrating enterprise systems using modern identity protocols and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement IAM/IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
Build and customize plugins, rules, and JAR components
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform schema mapping, ETL processes, and data transformations
Integrate IAM systems with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and cloud identity providers
Implement and support SSO, MFA, and SCIM-based provisioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions
Utilize Git-based CI/CD pipelines for deployment and version control
Troubleshoot and optimize identity workflows and performance

Required Skills:

4 7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles (MUST)
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
Solid Java (JDK 8+) development experience
Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, schema mapping, and ETL processes
Experience with AD/LDAP and cloud identity platforms
Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt, or ForgeRock
Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Groovy
Exposure to data engineering or API orchestration
