Job Title: Tines SOAR Engineer/Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC OR Chicago, IL OR Washinton DC OR Jersey City, NJ OR Addison, TX or Denver, CO
Work Arrangement: Onsite - 5 day
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 to 24 Months Contract and potential Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM local time
About the Role
We are hiring a senior-level individual to design and build enterprise-scale automation on Tines. This is a hands-on architect role responsible for building safe, auditable, regulator-ready automation that touches hundreds of thousands of assets across security and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior-level experience (10+ years) in: Security engineering, automation, or SOAR
- 5+ years in large enterprise environments (banking, Fortune 500, or regulated industries)
- Hands-on automation experience - Tines preferred OR similar SOAR tools (XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Swimlane) with ability to ramp quickly
- Strong technical skills like -
- - Python scripting
- - API integrations (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience connecting multiple systems together
- Enterprise-scale integration experience with Security tools (EDR, SIEM or Cloud (AWS/Azure) or IT systems (IAM, CMDB, ITSM)
- Experience building SAFE automation (Approval workflows, Rollbacks / fail-safes, Human-in-the-loop controls)
- Regulated / audit-aware mindset
- Production-grade engineering practices
- - Monitoring, alerting
- -Version control
- -CI/CD or deployment pipelines
- Strong communication skills
Plusses:
- Tines certifications; CISSP, GIAC, or OSCP
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $80 $85 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
