Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager II - E2E Test Manager to lead enterprise-scale testing for a top Finance program within the Regulatory Compliance portfolio. The role is a program-level testing leadership position, not a Scrum Team QA Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing cross-platform testing, building executive-ready dashboards, and driving coordinated delivery across Engineering, Product, and Business teams and a proven ability to orchestrate end-to-end test strategy, governance, and execution to meet regulatory timelines and quality gates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale testing projects, programs, and initiatives spanning multiple platforms and products.
- Engage impacted platform Engineering and Product leaders to define scope and track milestones and deliverables.
- Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate status.
- Develop Program Test Summaries and dashboards and present status and risks to VP-level and above stakeholders.
- Define comprehensive test plans and strategies and identify tooling and frameworks to support functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
- Triage defects and issues and partner with development and production teams to prioritize fixes ahead of releases.
- Serve as point of contact across production and QA testing processes and ensure alignment on entry and exit criteria.
- Own and update testing inputs to E2E project roadmaps and RAID logs and run Program Test Sync calls.
- Scale QA teams and practices in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Leverage cloud platforms and reporting tools, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and Rally/Jira reporting.
- Prepare biweekly and monthly executive updates, including BUR, and present to senior leadership including VPs.
- Apply Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance domain knowledge to testing scope and controls where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for complex, multi-platform programs.
- Expertise in test planning, strategy, scheduling, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Strong skills in defect triage, prioritization, and coordination with engineering and production teams.
- Proficiency with Rally/Jira and dashboarding for VP-level audiences.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business POCs across enterprises.
- Background in scaling QA practices and teams in growth-stage or enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience level: 7+ years in program test management or enterprise QA leadership roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Domain exposure in Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance initiatives.
- Experience presenting BUR and executive updates to VP and above.
