What you'll do Create resilient, secure, scalable software; build new features; improve existing systems; and strengthen automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. You'll also help maintain AWS infrastructure and translate broad business needs into clear, manageable technical solutions.
This role offers substantial ownership for someone who can work independently, ask thoughtful questions, and keep projects moving while bringing others along.
What you'll bring - Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Strong software architecture skills and ownership across the development lifecycle.
- The ability to independently deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS.
- Experience with Agile development, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, or building products from the ground up is also valuable.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
