Location: Remote / Virtual (need 1^st week onsite after offer then remote)
Travel: Approximately 5–10% travel
Pay Range: $45/Hr on W2

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a strategic Commercial Bill Pay initiative. The current bill pay provider is undergoing a business transition, creating a need to evaluate vendor options, define business and technology requirements, and establish a target-state strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across business analysis, vendor selection, payments/bill pay, commercial banking, product strategy, and project management. This individual will work closely with business, technology, operations, and vendor stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate capabilities, and develop a practical roadmap for transitioning to a future-state bill pay solution.
The initial focus will be on iPay / Jack Henry (JH) for Small Business, with the potential to expand the strategy across broader Commercial Bill Pay capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Payments, Bill Pay, or related financial services platforms.
• Experience leading or supporting vendor selection, RFP/RFI, vendor evaluation, or platform replacement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and translate them into actionable technology requirements.
• Experience developing current-state and target-state strategies.
• Strong understanding of payment processes, bill payment workflows, customer experiences, and financial-services integrations.
• Experience working with third-party technology vendors and SaaS/platform solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to operate independently in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jack Henry / JH and/or iPay.
• Experience with Commercial or Small Business Bill Pay products.
• Experience with Treasury Management or Commercial Banking platforms.
• Experience with payment ecosystems, ACH, electronic payments, and banking integrations.
• Experience with API-based integrations and modern payment technologies.
• Experience supporting a platform/vendor transition or replacement.
• Familiarity with vendor capability assessments and build-vs-buy analysis.
• Experience creating executive-level recommendations and business cases.
