PMO Analyst - HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Description

Our client is seeking a Project Analyst to support ongoing integration work for a recent merger. Ideal candidat will provide IMO Governance Forum support to ensure smooth and timely flow of projects for approval, specifically; Support with collation and tracking of projects submitted for IMO Governance review to enable IMO reporting & tracking as well as agenda preparation Support with Initiate Gate (bi weekly) and Deployment Authority (periodic) agenda management, pre read issue and scheduling incl any feeder meetings. Support with recording and circulating minutes, actions and decisions from the Deployment Authority (tbc Initiate Gate) Collate consulting spend projections based on IDT inputs during Initiate and Design phases in iPLC to inform 3 year projection updates Support with closing out follow ups raised during IMO Governance Forums to enable prompt resolution/project

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
