My client is building a modern, AI-ready data platform-and they're looking for a true data product leader to own it.
This is not a project or delivery role. You will operate as a product owner for their enterprise data platform, responsible for defining the vision, shaping the roadmap, and driving measurable outcomes that power analytics, AI, and business innovation across the bank.
You'll sit at the intersection of data engineering, product strategy, and business impact, turning complex technical capabilities into scalable, high-value data products used across the organization.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership within modern data environments
- Proven experience owning a data platform or data product roadmap end-to-end
- Strong understanding of data architecture and pipelines (ingestion transformation storage serving)
- Experience partnering deeply with data engineering teams and influencing technical decisions
- Demonstrated ability to define product success metrics (e.g., adoption, reliability, performance, data quality)
- Experience driving prioritization decisions based on business impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back, align, and influence across technical and non-technical audiences
Technical Environment (Familiarity Required)
You don't need to be hands-on coding daily, but you should be technically fluent in modern data ecosystems:
- Databricks, dbt, Kafka, Fivetran, Census
- Azure Data Services and cloud-based data platforms
- BI & analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Data governance and catalog tools (e.g., Collibra)
