Technical Program Manager with RDK-B

Introduction:

As a Technical Program Manager with RDK-B at Droisys, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development of embedded systems in the Set-top Box/Media domain. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful product launches by leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage RDK-B related programs in the Set-top Box/Media domain
• Utilize SAFe/Agile/Scrum methodologies for program management
• Manage stakeholders and risks effectively
• Communicate frequently with Senior Leadership
• Work in a high-pressure environment to meet project deadlines
• Independently build relationships across various departments including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support
• Organize and present business, technical, and program reviews to Senior Leadership
• Coordinate project deliverables and assets
• Address obstacles and escalate complex issues as needed
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of development processes and product launch activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor''''s degree required, with at least 10 years of experience in Embedded SW Development and 4-5 years in Program Management in the Set-top Box/Media domain
• Experience in Risk Management and Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication skills, especially with Senior Leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with JIRA Agile and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ELT (Executive Leadership Team) level communication
• Experience in product engineering and product launch activities
• Experience working with RDK/RDK-M/RDK-V/RDK-B programs
