Wi-Fi Architect
Introduction: Droisys is seeking a Wi-Fi Architect to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA or Philadelphia, PA. As a Wi-Fi Architect, you will lead end-to-end EasyMesh development within the RDK-B framework, covering architecture, implementation, interoperability, and operator deployment. You will represent the organization as an active member of the RDKB EasyMesh working group, collaborate with industry stakeholders, and drive WFA EasyMesh certification programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end EasyMesh development within the RDK-B framework
- Represent the organization in the RDKB EasyMesh working group
- Drive WFA EasyMesh certification programs
- Lead interoperability efforts with third-party EasyMesh controllers
- Manage operator adoption processes
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD processes
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in IEEE 802.11 standards
- Hands-on proficiency in Wi-Fi user-space tools and modules
- Strong Linux kernel knowledge
- Proficiency in C and C++; working knowledge of Python and Java
- Experience in RDKB platform is preferable
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, 802.1X/EAP authentication, and network diagnostics tools
- Experience with WFA certification tooling
- Proficiency with version control systems
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
