Unix Shell Scripting, KornShell

Roles & Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting
Strong experience in Shell Scripting in BASH and KornShell (ksh)
Design, write, and debug shell scripts for task automation, data validation and system performance enhancement
Strong experience in command line text processing tools such as sed, awk, grep, find etc
Experience in Shell Scripting covering data feed handling, implementing business logic
Experience in implementation of logging and monitoring in scripts for performance tracking and issue diagnostics
Optimize scripts for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability
Knowledge in version control systems (e.g, Git)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to achieve shared objectives
Ensure compliance with company and industry security and data protection standards in all scripting activities
