How you'll make an impact in this role- Clinical Data Synthesis: Analyze complex trauma registry and EMR data to generate actionable insights and statistical reports on patient outcomes.
- Strategic Reporting & Design: Architect customized reporting frameworks and ad hoc management tools to track key trauma metrics and performance indicators.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Lead rigorous data reconciliation and quality audits to ensure 100% accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., ACS).
- Performance Improvement Support: Translate clinical statistics into strategic recommendations to optimize trauma program efficiency and care quality.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Experience in a level I trauma center as a registrar preferred
- BSN preferred
- CSTR preferred
- CAISS preferred
