Summary

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR Contact Center or Customer Service experience.
  • Experience handling inbound employee calls and case management.
  • Strong payroll inquiry resolution and understanding of timekeeping/payroll processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (required).
  • SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee HR, payroll, benefits, LOA, and policy inquiries.
  • Create and manage cases in ServiceNow.
  • Support payroll-related questions and route issues appropriately.
  • Maintain HR records and provide administrative support.
